The South Dakota Health Care Solutions Coalition will meet again Wednesday in Pierre.
The Indian Health Service and Behavioral Health sub-committees will also hold meetings.
The coalition was set up by Governor Dennis Daugaard to look at possible Medicaid expansion through cooperation with the Indian Health Service.
Deb Fischer-Clemens of Avera Health is a member of the group, and says they are pretty focused……

Daugaard says he would like the group to give him a recommendation he can include in his budget address to the legislature in early December.
