The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission wrapped up nine days of public hearings this week into the re-certification of the route for the Keystone XL oil pipeline.

Nelson says the commission will follow state law in making their decision on the certification…

 

Nelson says he expects the commission to make a decision possibly by the end of November.
