A Sioux Falls consulting firm has been looking at all the facilities in the Yankton School District, and presented an initial report to the school board this week.
The report indicated improvements were needed in all of the school buildings.
Superintendent Dr Wayne Kindle says they will work with company to come up with a plan…..
Kindle says they will have a committee look at the reports, and help with recommendations…..
He says there will also be two public meetings after they have the final report.
Kindle says they need to know what type of issues they have to address………….
Most of the recommendations dealt with safety and environmental issues. The board should get the final report in April.
