A flare up of coronavirus cases at the Smithfield Foods plant in Sioux Falls has the State stepping up surveillance and testing.

Noem also made another declaration….

As of today (Friday) the state has now recorded five hundred thirty-six cases, with three hundred fifty two in Minnehaha County.
