Proof of Citizenship Not Needed for Covid-19 Vaccinations

A spokesman for Governor Pete Ricketts says proof of American citizenship will not be needed to get Covid-19 vaccinations in Nebraska.

The issue came up during a news conference when Ricketts was asked if workers in meatpacking plants would be on a priority list for vaccinations..

Ricketts said only legal workers are allowed to work at the plants…

Ricketts spokesman Taylor Gage later said that proof of citizenship is not needed to get a vaccination in Nebraska.
