An influential state lawmaker does not hold out much hope for new leadership at Minnesota’s I-T department being able to fix continuing problems with the new vehicle registration system, MN-LARS.  Republican Senator Mary Kiffmeyer from Big Lake

 

Kiffmeyer says she wishes for the best and will do everything she can to be helpful, but it’s an ingrained problem that stemmed from MNsure, and now MN-LARS.  Governor Mark Dayton announced Minnesota National Guard Brigadier General Johanna Clyborne will head the I-T department when Commissioner Thomas Baden retires at the end of January.
