The deadline has passed for survivors of priest sex abuse to file claims against the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, but victims’ attorney Mike Finnegan at Anderson and Associates does *not* expect those cases to be resolved very soon:
That’s the cut-off for claims against individual parishes. Finnegan predicts insurance companies will want to know the extent of all claims before beginning to resolve them.
