The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission is working through a power dispute at the Napa rail junction in western Yankton County.

PUC Chairman Chris Nelson says large power users can make choices on their providers…..

Nelson says Dakota Plains, who is building a new grain loading facility at the junction brought the question to the commission………….

Nelson says the question was on the fast track, but there are more details that have to be decided…..

Dakota Plains has been using generators as a power source for construction until the power struggle is decided.
