Avian flu is loosening its grip on Minnesota farms with the control area quarantine lifted in Kandiyohi County, which was the state’s hardest hit.  Dr. Beth Thompson with the state Board of Animal Health says at least 32 infected farms across Minnesota have bird re-stocking agreements in place.

Thompson says other farms are also bringing in birds.
