The Great Plains Athletic Conference and the Northern Sun Conference both begin post season basketball action Wednesday night.

Dordt is the top seed for the men and Northwestern carries the top seed for the women in the GPAC. Four games in each bracket will determine the semifinalists at the sites of the higher seeds on Saturday. The championship games will be played next Tuesday at the remaining high seeds.

Wayne State is the top seed in the NSIC women’s tourney while Minnesota State gets the nod in the men’s division. Eight games in each bracket Wednesday lead to the rest of the tourneys to be held at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls starting Saturday.
