A resolution that would let South Dakota voters decide a constitutional amendment authorizing a gaming license for the City of Yankton was in front of the Senate State Affairs Committee Wednesday.

The bill passed out of committee on a five to four vote with no recommendation. That means a majority of Senators will have to support a move to put it on their calendar.
