A winner was named Sunday in the third annual South Dakota Pork Producers Council Taste of Elegance competition in Rapid City. Program and Communications Director Stacey Sorlien says eight area chefs competed in the culinary competition and the top chef for the second year in a row represented Minerva’s.
Awards were also given for the most popular dish as voted on by the public.
Sorlien says they were excited to have more than 200 people attend the Taste of Elegance program.
