Polls Spotlight MVFC Teams

Two-time defending national champ North Dakota State and FCS playoff semifinalist South Dakota State headline a list of seven MVFC teams receiving votes in the polls this week.

North Dakota State received all 26 first place votes and remained the No. 1 team in the Coaches Poll.

The rest of the top five also remained unchanged with James Madison, South Dakota State, UC Davis and Eastern Washington sitting at spots two through five. Northern Iowa moved into the top ten at #10.

Top-ranked North Dakota State received 149 of the 158 first-place votes in the STATS FCS poll following a 38-7 win over rival North Dakota. South Dakota State remained third.
