Planting season is underway and drivers are seeing an increase in agriculture equipment on the roads. Nebraska State Patrol Trooper Kevin Chase encourages all drivers to be aware and use extra caution during this busy time.

Chase says operators of large equipment must also use extra care.

Chase says when farmers turn left from a roadway they should also check to make sure no other vehicles are attempting to pass them.
