The US Senate is preparing to make a vote on the Keystone XL pipeline. North Dakota Senator John Hoeven says he has fifty five co-sponsors on a bill that would take the approval process out of the hands of the Obama Administration.
The State Department has ordered another round of public input while the State of Nebraska works through legal issues surrounding the pipeline route.
