Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month.

Peterson rushed for 634 yards and five touchdowns on 117 carries in five games in November, setting a team record. The Vikings went 4-1 last month to move into first place in the NFC North.

The NFL announced the award on Thursday. Peterson has won it once before, in December 2012. He’s the first Vikings player to win one of the NFC monthly honors since Everson Griffen took the defensive player award in October 2014.

The Vikings host Seattle on Sunday.
