The House Select Committee on Impeachment held their organizational session at the end of this weeks South Dakota special session.
Member, Representative Mike Stevens of Yankton, says they need to set rules of procedure…..

Stevens says they don’t feel like they have to run the process due to the legislative calendar….

The committee will make a recommendation to the full House if Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg should be impeached. If charges are approved, the trial would be held in front of the Senate twenty days later.
