A plan is moving forward in the Minnesota Senate that would make state-run Minnesotacare among the policies people could choose from, when buying health insurance on the MNsure exchange. Mankato Democrat Kathy Sheran says:
The state needs permission from the federal government to offer Minnesotacare on the MNsure exchange.
