A former Yankton County Commissioner says he will file an open meetings law complaint following an action at an October meeting.

Tood Woods appeared at the County Commission meeting Tuesday night to outline his concern over an agenda item..

Yankton County States Attorney Rob Klimisch says he didn’t see the action the same way…

Woods then said he will follow up….

Klimisch said if a complaint was filed he would turn it over to another county states attorney or the state Attorney General’s office.
