Final budget agreement between the US House and Senate is being held up by one Senator upset with what he calls “gimmicks.”

Senator Bob Corker of Tennessee has not yet signed off on the budget agreement he helped to negotiate.

South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says he believes they will have an agreement soon…

Rounds says they may run into issues with the President over the republican spending plan…

Republicans want to move more money into the defense budget, but that will involve cutting in other areas. Rounds says those have not been totally identified…

The budget may have to wait until after a House recess next week.
