Assistant Yankton Fire Chief Larry Nickles says they got the call about twelve thirty this morning…

Temperatures were below zero at the time and Nickles says the cold caused some problems…

Nickles says they got to the victim fairly quickly…

Nickles says there were three people living in the home at the time and the Red Cross is assisting the family.
