Omaha police are looking into possible threats of violence involving threats associated with the clown craze that is sweeping the country.  Omaha Police spokesperson Officer Michael Pecha says they are conducting active investigations and working with schools.

There were several threats reported on social media that specifically mentioned several Omaha high schools.  One student at Papillion La Vista faces punishment for photo shopping a clown on school grounds.  Parents are also urged to speak with their children to not get involved in this craze.
