The Omaha Archdiocese released a report at the request of the Nebraska Attorney General to submit documents with substantiated claims of sexual abuse or misconduct with minors by clergy and members and priests. The report lists 38 clergy members that had complaints filed against them, including 24 priests in the last 40 years. Deacon Tim McNeil says parishioners should know the Archdiocese is monitoring this carefully and taking preventative measures.

McNeil says the report goes back four decades.

McNeil says if a cleric or even a school worker faces accusations of abuse, they are taken out of the ministry immediately.
