The NSIC will send three teams to the NCAA Central Region soccer tournament as Minnesota State, Bemidji State and Augustana will advanced to postseason play.

Minnesota State will make its seventh straight appearance in the NCAA Division II tournament and tenth in last eleven years after garnering the central region’s second-seed. The Mavericks will host the first and second rounds while receiving a first-round bye virtue of their second-seed in the region. The Mavericks own a record of 17-2-2 and won the NSIC Soccer Tournament to earn an automatic bid to the postseason. The Mavericks will take on the winner of third seeded Missouri Southern (MIAA) and sixth seeded Southwestern Oklahoma State (GAC) on Sunday, November 12.

On Friday, November 10, fifth-seeded Bemidji State (15-1-3) will battle fourth-seeded Augustana (14-3-4) in a rematch of the NSIC Tournament Semifinals, which Augie won 1-0. The two teams will square off in Warrensburg, Missouri with the winner taking on top seeded Central Missouri (MIAA). BSU is making its first NCAA Tournament appearance, while Augustana is making its fourth appearance and its third in the last four seasons.
