Easter Sunday is this weekend and several Americans will be celebrating sitting down to a delicious meal of ham. National Pork Board’s Jason Menke says ham is the most popular food for Americans during Easter and even though the way people dined on it was different last year due to the pandemic, people spent more on their Easter ham.

He says ham is also a healthy food choice and can be served in a variety of ways.

Menke says ham cooking tips are available on their website and on you-tube.

In 2020, Americans spent $249 million for ham compared to $217 million in 2019.
