Northwestern Energy asked the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission for permission to drop natural gas hook up charges.
Jeff Decker with Northwestern appeared before the Commission at their meeting Tuesday….
Those charges could range from seventy-five to one hundred fifty dollars.
Commissioner Chris Nelson said it was an encouraging move…
Commission Chair Kristie Fiegen said she liked the customer service approach….
The Commission voted three to zero to allow Northwestern to drop the charges immediately.
