Northern State (S.D.) is headed to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight after beating fellow Northern Sun Conference foe Minnesota State Mankato 90-83 in the Central Regional final in Maryville, Missouri.

It was the third win by the Wolves over the Mavericks this season.

The 34-3 Wolves will compete in the national tourney in Sioux Falls beginning next week.
