The North Dakota Soybean Council is launching a biodiesel campaign after harvest to increase use in the state. Director or Market Development Jena Bjertness says they want to help farmers get more accustomed to using biodiesel blends on their own farm.
She says the rebate program will help incentivize farmers to try biodiesel and can add up to a significant savings.
Bjertness says the main obstacle to increasing biodiesel use in North Dakota is the lack of available supplies, but they are hoping to change that.
