There has been no movement in budget and tax negotiations between majority republicans and Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton.

 

…Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka as Republicans file a lawsuit against Governor Mark Dayton for cutting off the legislature’s operating funds effective July 1st.  Dayton wants G-O-P lawmakers to reverse several controversial measures in the budget bills he signed, including canceling some tax cuts for tobacco, businesses and wealthy estates. The two sides met again behind closed doors at the Capitol.

 

The case could end up in the Minnesota Supreme Court.
