The Yankton County Commission decided not to change load limits on James River bridges.
There was discussion of using a different method of rating bridges that would allow heavier loads to cross.

Klimisch says he wants to be cautious with the aging bridges….

Klimisch says with the ongoing flooding he would like to wait until there is another round of bridge inspections….

The four bridges are the Old Highway Fifty bridge, the Johnson bridge, the Colony bridge and the Stone Church bridge.
