A trade team of Nigerian wheat millers will be in South Dakota June 20th. The group is traveling with U.S. Wheat Associate representatives. South Dakota Wheat Commission Executive Director, Reid Christopherson says they’ll be looking at the state’s winter wheat crop.
Christopherson says Nigeria supports the U.S. wheat market, and they like the quality of South Dakota’s wheat.
He says they will assure the group the U.S. can supply their needs.
Besides South Dakota, the Nigerian millers will also be traveling to Kansas.
