NFU Wants WOTUS Clarification

The National Farmers Union has sent a letter to EPA administrator Gina McCarthy asking them for more information about which bodies of water would be jurisdictional under their Waters of The U.S. rule. NFU President Roger Johnson says better clarification of their proposal is needed to alleviate confusion and resentment.
Johnson admits that even if EPA clarifies their proposed rule, their credibility is in question as they also appear to be saying one thing with their RFS volume requirements and doing something else similar to the WOTUS regulation.
Johnson says his group is currently preparing formal comments about the proposed rule and hopes EPA will answer these questions soon.
