Viking Led NFC Comes Up Short

While Minnesota Viking players played key roles in the NFC’s Pro Bowl bid Sunday, the AFC registered
a 38-33 victory.

Viking quarterback Kirk Cousins was 13 of 22 passing for 181 yards and two touchdowns. The NFC only ran the ball four times with Minnesota’s Dalvin Cook carrying three times for 17 yards.

Viking defensive back Harrison Smith was part of one of the highlight plays of the game. He intercepted a pass and as part of a 97-yard scoring play lateraled to lineman Fletcher Cox who ran the final 61 yards for the touchdown.
