Stern says the economy slowing a bit actually makes it a good time to attract outside businesses to the state…..

Stern says while they do recruit outside the state, their primary focus is on helping businesses in the state expand…..

Stern, a Freeman native, was associated with Stern Oil for twenty-nine years, and also worked with Petro-Canada America.
