Al’s Oasis, the long-time stopping point on I-90 on the Missouri River in South Dakota is changing hands.

R.F. Buche, President of the Buche chain of grocery stores says he took an option to buy the entire business….

Buche has been operating the grocery store in the Oasis for the past couple of years. He says they will be updating and expanding the entire facility….

Buche says they are bringing in Sky Dine of Sioux Falls to run the restaurant….

Al’s Oasis can be traced back to a grocery store opened in nearby Oacoma in 1919.
