South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has appointed two new members to the board of the Game, Fish and Parks Department.

Rissler, who was with South Dakota Public Broadcasting for about twenty five years, says she knows there is often emotions involved in the decisions the board makes..

Noem also appointed former legislator Julie Bartling of Gregory to the board.
