A new legislative session is now underway at the state Capitol in Lincoln.

As for Scheer, he says the legislature faces a tough, 90-day session. . .
The top priority of this 90-day session is to draft a budget for the next two fiscal years. Revenue is expected to fall anywhere from 900-Million to 1-point-2(B) Billion dollars short over the two-year period.
