The new Administrator of the Human Services Center in Yankton appeared before the Government Operations and Audit Committee of the South Dakota legislature in Pierre Monday.
Ken Cole, who started on May twenty ninth, says he is looking at employee turnover rates at the state hospital……
Cole says they have cut the vacancy rate in connection with the closure of two of their units……
Cole says staff injuries have gone down since last year……
Cole is the fourth administrator at the Human Services Center since 2011.
