Just when we thought we were out of the woods regarding influenza, here comes part two. Dr. Mark Rupp is an infectious disease specialist at the University of Nebraska Medical Center / Nebraska Medicine in Omaha and says this is a different strain that the one that sickened people earlier this year.
Dr.Rupp says an A strain sickened people earlier this season but now more people are coming down with strain B.
Dr. Rupp says this strain was included in the vaccine and it is still not too late to get a flu shot.
