New Drivers Licenses Coming to Minnesota

Starting next month the State of Minnesota will phase-in new designs for drivers licenses and I-D cards, including a vertical format for those under age 21. Tony Chesak, head of the Minnesota Licensed Beverage Association, supports the change:

Chesak says maroon markings currently on under-21 licenses are difficult to see in low light and birthdates can be difficult to read also.
