Trail King Industries has acquired Dakota Trailer Manufacturing Inc. of Yankton, a nationally recognized manufacturer of Aluminum Grain Trailers for the agricultural market.
Trail King President and CEO Bruce Yakley says two factors made the acquisition attractive.

He says the cultures between the two facilities are very similar.

Yakley says all 61 Dakota Trailer employees signed up as Trail King employees on Friday.

Dakota Trailer president and owner Brian Strahl says Trail King’s proven success, widely-recognized brand value and expansive dealer and customer reach makes it an exemplary home for Dakota Trailer into the future.
