The new Highway 12 bridge over the Niobrara River was dedicated this week, ahead of schedule.

Stark says the town was cut off from the nearby Niobrara State Park….
The town will hold a celebration today and tomorrow to mark the opening of the bridge. It was due to be done by November first.
