Johnson was named the interim administrator in June 2019. Johnson has been at HSC for 17 years in various roles. He has served in leadership roles most recently as the director of clinical services as well as the geriatric program director.
“Jeremy brings valuable experience and knowledge to the role of hospital administrator,” said state Department of Social Services Secretary Laurie Gill. “I am confident he has the skills necessary to lead HSC and maintain the hospital’s high standard of care for patients and the people of South Dakota.”
