Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts signed a pair of bills that will ramp up funding for a number of water related projects including a potential five hundred million dollar canal on the South Platte River, development of a large lake between Omaha and Lincoln and improvements to areas near Lewis & Clark Lake.
