Counties across Nebraska are estimating hundred of millions of dollars in damages following last month’s record flooding.

Gragert says he thinks the Unicameral will find the money that is needed to help local governments..

Most counties will have to come up with about twelve percent matches of any federal disaster funding.
Gragert says this will be a long term recovery….
