If your New Year’s resolution is to quit smoking, the Nebraska Tobacco Quitline wants to help.
The program is offering a free, two-week supply of nicotine replacement therapy.
Tobacco Free Nebraska program manager Amanda Mortensen says it’s hard to quit, but it is possible.

Mortensen says quitting cold turkey is hard, so many smokers need help.

1-800-QUIT-NOW provides free, confidential counseling, and helps smokers develop a personalized quit plan.
The free, two-weeks of replacement therapy is available while supplies last.
