The Nebraska Supreme Court has decided to hear Trans Canada’s appeal of the State Public Service Commission’s decision that granted them an alternate route for their Keystone XL oil pipeline. Omaha Attorney Dave Domina, who represents landowners opposed to the project, says he’ s not surprised by the decision.

Domina says he has a solid case challenging Trans Canada’s project.

He expects the Nebraska Supreme Court to hear oral arguments sometime this fall.

Domina is pleased the court is moving fairly quickly on the case because landowners that may be impacted by the pipeline approval are facing a great deal of uncertainty and want a resolution to the issue.
