The Nebraska Supreme Court has ruled that four beer stores in Whiteclay will not get their liquor licenses back.
The court’s ruling upholds an April decision by the Liquor Control Commission not to renew the licenses.

Lincoln Attorney Dave Domina (dom-a-na) represented the Sheridan County residents that brought the law suit…….

Domina says there are effects far beyond the legal arguments……

Domina says he was not surprised by the ruling…..

Whiteclay is just across the border from the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, with many of its residents making the short trip to the four stores.
