Nebraska State Patrol Helps to Put on Fundraising Events For Holidays

Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol are helping to put on a number of fundraising events to help children in need this holiday season.

Patrol Spokesman Cody Thomas says in addition to agreeing to participating in the third annual Toy Patrol event in Ainsworth, troopers also agreed to put on two more events specifically for Children in Omaha..

Toys and year-round items such as diapers, paper towels, and box meals are needed for the Omaha event. For the Ainsworth Toy Patrol, troopers are asking for donations of toys and children’s winter clothing.
