The Nebraska State Fair opens today (FRIDAY) in Grand Island. Executive Director Lori Cox says it is going to be a great event with lots to do and see.
Cox says their number one attraction is also livestock related – the Birthing Pavilion.
Cox says there are also live sharks and sea lions, trapeze artists, trick dogs, pig races and much more. On the concert state, Kelly Clarkson, Sugarland, the Righteous Brothers and Bill Medley, Night Ranger and more. The Nebraska State Fair runs through Labor Day, September 3rd.
